The seed of Abba Leadership Institute was planted from as far back in 1996 when I picked up the book, ‘Becoming A Person Of Influence’, by John Maxwell. A light was switched on that only gets brighter with the reading of the next book on leadership. I came to the conclusion, ‘The issue of my life is to empower others.’ The vision was written down for a long time with nothing done about it until an encounter with an unknown man in my dream on the 7th February 2013 during a period of seeking the Lord in prayer and fasting for direction for the next batch of seven years of my life, in which I was asked and instructed, ‘When are you going to start the Leadership Institute?...Start with a faculty of four...’ Now, the rest is history.
Here at Abba Leadership Institute it is our dream to ‘Develop leaders of integrity and excellence’ using an integrated approach to leadership formation resulting in producing a balanced leader in life.

TRAINING
Our training programmes are continuously evolving to meet the dynamic leadership demands not just of our times but with an intentional view of preparing emerging leaders for the immediate future. Our range of training programmes covers a wide spectrum of resources with a degree of deliberateness to develop and impart the leadership qualities of integrity and dexterity into the learners that pass through our system. The various streams of our programs and courses are taught by a seasoned team of highly-qualified and experienced staff. The foundational truths underlining all our courses are entrenched on the ethics of the Scriptures while utilising the best contemporary models of professional and academic practice.
In as much as majority of our courses and events hold at our main office at Whitehill House, we offer tailor-made off-site training which is uniquely designed by our Program Coordinator in conjunction with the prospective organisation’s spokesperson. Training in this format can be made available at any designated venue as agreed both nationally and internationally.
